The hotel was neat with good location close to the MRT and huge rooms. We had Wheelchair Accessible room with big screen, the overall services plus good lighting, which was important. Location: the venue was short walk to the train station and National Palace Museum. You can find Hangzhou Xiaolong Tangbao around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel to a have lunch.

I booked a deluxe triple room here which was fairly clean, and they provided babysitting services and cribs for my son; the setting is decent, and the staff were attentive during the morning check-in.
